- Writing analytical reports on specific market segments;
- Identifying fundamental factors influencing current market asset prices;
- Monitoring protocols of leading central banks and interpreting them;
- Processing large datasets of macroeconomic indicators to find direct correlations between news and asset prices;
- Monitoring the company's portfolio by asset distribution in proportions - high-risk assets, safe-haven assets, neutral assets;
- Tracking dominant current situations in other global markets;
- Contributing to the improvement of the company's trading/investment strategy;
- Executing transactions in the stock and cryptocurrency markets.

What you need to succeed in this role

- Higher education (in economics, finance or similar);
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or SQL;
- Extensive knowledge of macroeconomics and macroeconomic indicators;
- In-depth understanding of price movements in financial assets;
- At least 3 years of experience in currency market, bond market, options trading, and cryptocurrency trading (Junior specialists are also welcome for probation period);
- Ability to construct statistical series to identify patterns (hypothesis formulation and testing);
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate structures and documents.

What you'll be working on
- direct search and pre-screening of CVs, reference checking;
- making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process;
- subsequent adaptation of new employees;
- organization and holding of corporate events and team buildings;
- communicating and organizing necessary vendors and services;
- ensure that office is sufficiently supplied;
- support in organizing business trips or events of employees, including visas, travel insurance, hotel/apartment reservations, tickets, transfer to/from airport/train station. relocations etc.
 

What you need to succeed in this role

- people-oriented, active person with knowledge of business etiquette;
- strong: organizational, communication, problem resolution skills;
- experience in recruitment (research and competency interview);

What does a day look like for an HR/Office Manager in OctoStrategy?

You will be the heart and soul of our team! Every day you need to create an atmosphere in the office and charge positive everyone around 🙂

Generally, every day starts with a nice walk around the office to check if there are no broken attributes/furniture, if everything is in order, all meeting rooms are set, and have everything necessary for people to have a great working day. If something is not right - it adds to the day's to-do list!

Inform our Project Manager timely of new people joining the office so you make sure everything necessary is prepared (welcome package, computer, charger, and such necessary things).

Also you will work on various projects from scratch to develop benefits to our amazing team.

Throughout the whole day, you will be reached out by various colleagues on their requests, and questions so there will be a lot of communication.
